2. Pursuant to the tender floated by the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited for empanelling contractors for transportation-cum-handling and delivery (DSD), the petitioners and others participated. Seven of the participants were declared to be successful and were empanelled who were entrusted with the work of transportation and handling. The petitioners were specifically found to be technically unresponsive and, therefore, their bids were rejected.
3. Though by this present petition, the petitioners have challenged the empanelment of few of the seven selected contractors but have not challenged the decision of the Technical Evaluation Committee
Patna High Court CWJC No.2831 of 2024(9) dt.13-05-2025 3/3 holding them to be technically unresponsive.
4. The petition, therefore, is not maintainable in its entirety.
5. The petition is dismissed.
