The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-A and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, father of the deceased, stated that his daughter was married to Vinay Ram, son of the petitioner about four years ago but the accused persons were demanding dowry. The informant came to know that on 22.05.2014 his daughter was killed. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2014 i.e. for about one year and three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35815 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.
