Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.N.Thakur, learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 337, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code including Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S.Case No. 193 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and there is also a land dispute between the parties. He has submitted further that none

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Shahpur (Karnamepur) P.S.Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
