This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the IPC and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he is being falsely implicated in all the cases on the confessional statement of co-accused on account of property dispute.
Considering the same, this regular bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6712 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 186 of 2021.
Since, the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is being falsely implicated in all the cases, he is directed to file a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali at Hajipur, who shall look into the matter and see to it, if the petitioner is found innocent and he is being falsely implicated, it should not happen in future.
