The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Habibpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019 registered under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegation that the petitioner and others intercepted the motorcycle of the informant when he along with Peru Kumar @ Bagru was going to see mela (fair) and took them to a place where Peru Kumar @ Bagru was confined and the informant was asked to bring Rs.1,00,000/- as ransom for releasing Peru Kumar @ Bagru and after Rs.50,000/- was paid by the informant to the accused persons, Peru Kumar @ Bagru was released, I am not inclined to grant
