The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and brothers-in-law of the deceased. There is general and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6847 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the deceased and they had no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the deceased and her husband.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 119 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
