2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegedly, one country-made pistol has been recovered below the bed of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 25-11-2024.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6271 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 specially the clean antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Isha Raj, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Khanpur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2024.

7. Before accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any case other than the present one, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.
