The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The police got information that some criminals were assembled in the house of Krishna Yadav. On such the house of Krishna Yadav was searched. One Bolero Jeep was found parkeda. Krishna Yadav and others were found sitting in the house. From the house of Krishna Yadav many articles including arms and ammunition was recovered. The petitioner was also found sitting there, but no arms and ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. Prasad, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ara Bhojpur in Shahpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015.
