Mr. Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by a decision of this Court dated 06.02.2018 in CWJC No. 1106 of 2018 and as such this writ petition may be disposed on the similar lines.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Eswtablishment) Saran at Chapra, respondent No. 7 to examine the case of the petitioners in the light of the decision of this
Patna High Court CWJC No.5647 of 2018(2) dt.03-04-2018 3/3 Court as indicated hereinabove within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and extend the same benefit to the petitioners, if it is found covered by the decision in LPA No. 756 of 2015 dated 16.08.2017.
