This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13267/2020, by which petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 219/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10364 of 2021(2) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 that due to Covid-19 pandemic induced lock down petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period.

In view of aforesaid facts, six weeks further time is granted to the petitioners from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioners on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 05.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13267/2020.
