The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The Additional Chief Medical Officer alleged that the petitioner was running a nursing home and he operated many persons.
It is submitted that the petitioner is not a doctor. He is a care taker of the nursing home. Dr. Quamruzzaman is the doctor who operated the patients. The petitioner is in jail since 27.05.2015 but none of the patients made any allegation against the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37324 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 84of 2015.
