The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of order dated 07.01.2022, whereby P.S.Case no. is wrongly typed as "Darbhanga Town P.S.Case no. 284 of 2020" instead of "Darbhanga Sadar P.S.Case No. 284 of 2020." It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the P.S.Case has wrongly been mentioned in the petition as "DarbhangaTown P.S.Case No. 284 of 2020" instead of " Darbhanga Sadar P.S.Case No. 284 of 2020." In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 07.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24048 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6077 of 2022(2) dt.23-02-2022 2/2 surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S.Case No. 284 of 2020, within a period of further four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
