Petitioner is accused in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 304(B), 301 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice vide orders dated 04.03.2020, 08.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 68199 of 2019 and 11689 of 2021 respectively. Further, he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner has been languishing under custody since 29.07.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with
