The petitioner will move for redressal of his grievances to Patna Divisional Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator within thirty days.

The grievances of the petitioner shall be decided by the Patna Divisional Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator within four months from the date of filing.

All the questions raised by the petitioner including the classification of land shall be considered and decided by the Patna Divisional Commissioner-cum-Arbitrator. If the petitioner or other party is dis-satisfied with the arbitration award he can move under Section 34 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6340 of 2018(3) dt.14-09-2022 2/2 Arbitration and Conciliation Act before the District Judge concerned.

With the aforesaid observations and directions this case is disposed of.
