This happens to be third attempt taken on behalf of petitioner in the background of an observation given under Annexure-2, order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5958 of 2015. From Annexure-5, it is apparent that charge had already been framed and on account thereof, petitioner Bijendra Paswan @ Bijali Paswan @ Billi Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurih, Patna in connection with Pipra P.S.
