JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that name of petitioners came in confessional statement of coaccused, Barhan Yadav and subsequently, one co-accused, Nandu Paswan also made his confessional statement disclosing the name of petitioners as their associates. Except the aforesaid confessional statements as well as criminal antecedent of petitioners, there appears to be nothing against them. The investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been submitted. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38471 of 2015 (2) dt.11-09-2015 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 340 of 2012.
