Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Vaishali P.S. Case No.196 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that recovery has been made from a thatched hut of Awdhesh Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

No.16755 of 2021(3) dt.22-10-2021 2/2 recovered from possession of the petitioners, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.196 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
