JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12-082014 in a case of Arms Act but uptill now, his trial could not be concluded, particularly, in the circumstance, when this court had already directed the trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 209 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai.
