The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case they are granted a liberty to file representation before the respondent no.5 and the respondent no.5 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners shall file a consolidated representation before the respondent no.5 regarding their grievances raised in the writ petition within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4852 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
