The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The main allegation is against co-accused Prema Kumari, who had produced forged credential for appointment of teacher. Prema Kumari has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. Submission is that Prema Kumari stated before the police that this petitioner had interpolated in the merit list.
