The petitioner seeks bail in Rajgir P.S. Case No. 77 of 2014 registered under sections 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Petitiner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered besides one motorcycle. Petitioner is in jail since 28.04.2014 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than eight months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like
