The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

The petitioners are alleged to have entered into the house of the informant, assaulted the informant and others and stanched ornaments. Petitioners also abused the informant by naming his caste.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute this false case has been lodged.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36496 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 P2/2 The petitioners are in jail since 30.06.2015. Petitioners have already remained in jail for about two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Khodabandpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2013.
