This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 1376C of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. It is jointly submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 that both the parties have now settled their dispute and they are staying together.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
