The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of POCSO Act. As per prosecution case, on 17.5.2021 informant alleged that one Vicky Kumar with the help of his brother-inlaw and three other named accused kidnapped his minor daughter either for the purpose of marriage or for sale for the wrong act.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the main allegation is against co-accused Vicky Kumar who is in love with victim. Petitioner has been made accused in this case only because he is brother of co-accused Vicky Kumar.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
