This application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 86938 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order dated 08.07.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 86938 of 2019, the applicant was directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest and surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Crime No. 204 of 2019 registered with Raghunathpur Police Station pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge 2nd -cum-Special Judge, Excise Siwan, but due to some unavoidable circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12040 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 applicant could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time.

For the reasons stated in the said application, the period of surrender of applicant is extended for four weeks from today. The order dated 08.07.2020 passed in passed in Criminal Misc.
