The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner, Sonu Singh along with Gourav Singh, Rajesh Singh, Amar Nath Singh were apprehended while they were allegedly preparing for committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered. It is submitted that from the possession of Amar Nath Singh and Rajesh Singh also, loaded country-made pistols were recovered and, from the possession of Gourav Singh, live cartridges were recovered, but they have already been enlarged on bail by a Bench of this Court. Having considered the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S.
