The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the S.D.O. Sherghati, Gaya as also the appellate order dated 28.01.2016 passed by the Collector, Gaya. 2.

The learned Senior Counsel has raised a short issue while assailing the impugned orders to the effect that the authorities have, in a single line without assigning any reason, rejected the show cause of the petitioner herein and in similar manner, the appeal has also been rejected.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the materials on record. I find that both the impugned orders dated 27.11.2014 and 28.01.2016 are cryptic and totally unreasoned, hence are fit to be quashed.

The writ petition is allowed and the order dated 27.11.2014 passed by the S.D.O. Sherghati, Gaya and the appellate order dated 28.01.2016 are set aside, however with liberty to the S.D.O.
