JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 17.12.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-1, Patna, in C.A. No.895 of 2014, by which the learned Magistrate has rejected the discharge petition filed by the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no offence is made out against the petitioners.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner may raise all the grounds at the time of framing of charge. If prima facie case is made out against the petitioners then they cannot be
