Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against three unknown person. Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2018.

Submission is that nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of the petitioner save and except Rs. 1,000/- which was of the petitioner. Petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade. Investigation of the case is complete. Only material is extra judicial confession before the police. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the
