80 liters kerosene oil kept in two separate Galan were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but according to the prosecution case itself, when petitioner was apprehended he disclosed that he had purchased the aforesaid kerosene oil from one Rajesh Kumar.

Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 9.6.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate (East), Muzaffarpur in Sakra P.S.
