The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded countrymade pistol, one live cartridge and three empty cartridges were recovered, for that he is in jail since 18.2.2015. The petitioner has already remained in custody for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39546 of 2015 (2) dt.31-08-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P. S. Case No. 11 of 2015.
