The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.4.2014, seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.90 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 17.10.2014 passed in Cr.MIsc. No.37256 of 2014 with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order. No.36455 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 contended that another co-accused, Binod Tiwary having identical allegation has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22128 of 2015. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.90 of 2014.
