JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 32 and odd litres of foreign liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner, when it met with an accident and petitioner was arrested on spot. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 26.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
