2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 353, 379, 384, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code but later on chargesheet was submitted and cognizance was taken under Sections 323, 341, 353, 384 and 504 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with his supporters entered into the office of school of the informant and started abusing slang language. Further allegation is that Rs. 10,000/- was demanded by him as ransom and on refusal, he took away cash register, MDM register and locks along with keys of the office.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8500 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 the petitioner is innocent and, has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. No incriminating material was recovered from his possession. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhrathadi P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
