Petitioner, apprehends his arrest in connection with Rohtas (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 376, 511, 406, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act. Informant in her written complaint has alleged that she was married to petitioner on 29.04.2017 as per Hindu Customs and Rites and she went to her matrimonial home, thereafter she was being subjected to torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of one Apache motorcycle. After living for 25 days in her matrimonial home she returned to her parental

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case . Notices were issued to opposite party no.2 but even after valid services of notices she has not chosen to appear this court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, in connection with Rohtas (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure subject to verification that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. (S.
