Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 252 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
In view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Prem Shankar Prasad vs. The State of Bihar and Anr. (Criminal Appeal No. 1209 of 2021), learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

However, if the petitioners surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by this order.
