The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught while cutting the pipe in a wine factory. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S.
