2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- (i )an appropriate writ/order/direction, quashing the last four paragraphs of the order dated 06.10.2021 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1923 of 2022(4) dt.10-09-2024 2/3 respondent no. 2 and 3, as contained in Annexure-19, be issued;

(ii) an appropriate writ/order/direction, commanding the respondents 1 set to forebear from taking any step for constitution of the committee for the Math (petitioner no. 2), be issued;

(iii) an appropriate writ/order/direction, commanding the respondents 1 set to render help to the petitioner no.1 for protection of the property standing in the name of the Deity (Petitioner no.2), be issued;

(iv) an appropriate writ/order or direction, directing the Respondents 1 party to consider the petitioners'

application marked as Annexure action u/s 32 of the Act, be issued; before taking;

(v) an appropriate writ/order/direction which the petitioners are found entitled to, be issued.

3. A bare perusal of the prayer would show that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1923 of 2022(4) dt.10-09-2024 3/3 petitioner wants the specific direction by the Bihar Religious Trust Board which relates to prohibit anyone from selling the land to ensure formation of a proper committee which include the local officials as also to ascertain the Bank Account details. A further direction was given to the office to get the Bank Account details relating to the Ram Janki Mandir in the village Bhatolia Pakhtola, Dumra in the district of Sitamarhi.

4. A perusal of the order would show that it dates back to 06.10.2021 and we are in the month of September, 2024 and as such lots of water has flown down the ganges.

5. At this stage, there is nothing on record to show that any interference is required on the direction given by the Religious Trust Board.

6. The petitioner, if so wants, may appear before the Bihar State Religious Trust Board with a proper representation.

7. Writ petition stands disposed of.
