Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.5.2015 on the accusation that he was selling duplicate Dabar Amla Hair oil and in huge quantity duplicate bottles of Dabar Amla Hair oil were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Motihari, East Champaran in Ghorasahan P.S. Case no. 168/2015.
