Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 384, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. When the informant and his son came out of their house on hearing sound of firing, the FIR named 14 person including the petitioner were identified. The miscreants demanded for ransom and thereafter committed murder of the son of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific allegation of commission of firearm injury is against co-accused-Lal Bahadur Yadav. The Doctor has found single firearm injury on the person of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is specific allegation of making firing against the petitioner also.

Considering the entire facts as well as completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, who has got no criminal antecedent, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No.236 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
