Victim has specifically stated in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C that she solemnized her marriage with co-accused Sunil Yadav. The victim was found major at the time of recording her statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Goreakothi P.S. Case no. 125/2012.
