2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to file a fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the petitioners to

Patna High Court CWJC No.1924 of 2022(3) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.3) along with the relevant documents in support of their claim within a period of two weeks from today. The Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.3) is directed to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. If any admitted dues is accrued in favour of the petitioners, the same shall must be paid within four weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.3) shall be held liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
