The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 384 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named nine persons and alleged that Dilip Chaudhary demanded extortion from the informant so that he may be allowed to cultivate the lands. Bipin Chaudhary is alleged to have fired causing firearm injury in the thigh of the informant. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Dilip Chaudhary and others have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30761 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38252 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saharsa in Salkhua (Chiraiya) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014.
