JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being brother of the victim is languishing in custody since 19.6.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant in the background of earlier threatening given by the inlaws' family when the dead body was recovered from near the river. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific when the dead body was recovered from near the village of the informant and the husband of the victim is in custody.

Considering the nature of accusation and period in
