10.12.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment and order dated 01.06.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Cr. Appeal No. 33 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 28.04.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Rohtas at Sasaram, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in J.J.B. Case No. 54 of 2015 arising out of Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015.

In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner.

The Application stands dismissed.

The Juvenile Justice Board, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to expedite the enquiry and conclude the same

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.619 of 2015 (4) dt.10-12-2015 positively within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for prompt production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram, and the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
