The learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 has filed a counter affidavit and in paragraph no. 4, it has been stated that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Mitra for 11 months vide letter dated 27.05.2005 and after completion of the contractual period of 11 months, the contract of the petitioner was not extended, hence the petitioner is not entitled to any relief.
