2. The present petition has been filed "for modification of the order dated 19.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41760 of 2019."

3. It is submitted that on account of Covid-19 pandemic and resultant lock-down, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.

5. For the reasons stated in the modification petition,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11151 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 the time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 19.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41760 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
