After the matter was heard for some time, finding the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2078 of 2022 dt.15-04-2022 3/3 Bench not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to agitate the issue in accordance with the Grievance Redressal Mechanism provided under the Memorandum of Association & Rules & Regulations [Annexure-P-1, Page No. 25-58].

Permission granted with liberty aforesaid.

We are sure that as and when any such request is received, same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months thereafter. We have not expressed any opinion on merits.
