JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 231 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that there are cross cases where fire arms have been used as also there are fire arms injury and the petitioner himself is one of the injured, it would be necessary for recovery of the fire arms and the petitioner be interrogated, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
