The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to take appropriate action against Respondent No.8, the Panchayat Rojgar Sewak, Gram Panchayat Saidpura, Respondent No.9, the Mukhiya, Respondent No.10, the Ex-Mukhiya and Respondent No.11, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6621 of 2016(2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 Member of the then Panchayat Samittee for misappropriation of huge government money sanctioned for development of different schemes.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had earlier filed PIL being C.W.J.C. No. 19333 of 2015, which was disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court with appropriate application, in future, if so advised, and/or to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible. After some arguments, Mr. Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application to file a complaint with regard to his grievance before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015. Permission is accorded.
